WORK ORGANISATION
Right from the beginning, the
entire approach has been informal and devoid of any hierarchical structure.
Administratively, only one person must be in charge for effective functioning
and the prime mover is the right person for this role. So the Director, RMVS,
is in full charge. Dr.
Sarojini Vaidya led this project from 1994 till 2001 and Smt. Vasundhara
Pendse-Naik, the current Director, is in full charge since 2002. All major
decisions are taken jointly with the Principal of T. E. I., Prof. (Dr.)
Chandrakant Kane, along with members of Executive Committee.
